Chef Nick Wallace, of Jackson, Mississippi
Nick won Chopped (Season 34) in 2017. Nick has also appeared on Food Network Canada’s Fire Masters. Currently, Wallace owns and operates his own culinary and catering business and operates the Nissan Café by Nick Wallace at the Two Mississippi Museums downtown and, longtime private dining venue, the Capital Club. Nick’s talent has also been on full display on Food Network’s Comfort Nation, Chopped, and Cutthroat Kitchen.
